The meeting agendas outline the structure of the meetings of the Board of Trustees, and include a list of actions to be decided and reports to be given. Beginning in the 1990s, agendas from the Staff Housing Authority meetings and Student Housing Authority meetings began to be intermingled with the Board meeting agendas.
