Official minutes and hearing proceedings of governing body or board, commission or committee thereof including all records accepted as part of minutes. Most hard copies of minutes from 1987, 1988, and 1989 are missing. Beginning in the 1990s, minutes from the Staff Housing Authority meetings and Student Housing Authority meetings began to be intermingled with the Board meeting minutes. Also, one will find among the Board minutes copies of the Bylaws, Strategic Plans, and press clippings.
This series concerns the community college's corporate status and degree-granting authority. It includes charters, statutes, bylaws, faculty codes, and planning documents, as well as associated correspondence and background materials.
Annual reports describe the college over the past academic year. Each annual report often includes a letter from the current president, highlights from the previous year, a list of donors, financial data, demographic information, and members of the current administration.
