Undergraduate catalogs provide information about the college's academic programs, including curricula and course descriptions. The catalogs also include information about admissions, tuition, and scholarships as well as academic calendars. In addition, the catalogs document the college's history and mission, its campus and facilities, the members of its administration and faculty, and its student life. Some of the catalogs also include images of the college's campus and community, especially from the 1970s to the 2000s. There are normally three (3) copies of each catalog.

Seven metal stamps, including stamps for Seymour Troy Originals, a U.S. patent stamp, two for O'Connor & Goldberg department store, and one that says Flying Carpet. There are also two metal cutting tools that archivist assumes were used for cutting leather heel patches.

Photographs of Fashion Institute of Technology Administrators giving speeches at a cornerstone laying ceremony in the Administration and Technical building, now known as the Marvin Feldman Center. It appears that a time capsule was placed inside the cornerstone.

Part of Rosine perfume fans, circa 1920

This is a paper and wood fan created to promote perfume created by Paul Poiret's perfume company Rosine. The front bears a brightly colored naïve landscape seen through an arbor tunnel created by a student in the École Martine. The rear is segmented and printed radially with the names of the Rosine perfumes. A red sticker on the back of the fan indicates that it was scented with the perfume "L'Etrange Fleur."

This folder contains a radio interview about "M" Magazine recorded on a cassette in 1981, and VHS tapes of Dupont Menswear "Living in Lycra, Easy Does It" from the 1980s, a men's fashion show for "M" Magazine from 1987, Robert Ryan/ Aaron Latham "See Enclosed Schedule" fashion show from 1992, and a career tribute recorded in 2004. It also contains CD-R formats of photoshoots taken by Matt Albiani in Kentucky in 2006 and Kahn/Selesnick in New York, the "Men's Wear in 1930s movies" show by Peter Mintun from 2007, and suit pictures from 2007.
